Around the Lake
Nong Bua, which means Lotus Lake, is right on the east side of Naga hill. If you can wake up early enough you can catch the majestic sunrise on top of the mist in winter. Mae Fah Luang Garden is half way across the lake from us. There are several local restaurants, some with live music, dotted along your path around the lake.
Pong Phra Baht Waterfall

Wat Pha Doi Phra-bath
• a 40 minutes walk / 15 minutes by car to Wat Pha Doi Phra-bath, on the same route to Pong Phra Baht waterfall. A good 15-20 minutes climb to visit the Bhuda foot print with a view of the valley below.
The Black Temple
You can go to Ban Dam, also know as the black temple, by bicycle from our resort or by car in 15 minutes. The National Artist, Thawan Dutchani, has built this magnificent temple and displays many of his strange artefacts within the numerous unique museum-like wooden houses.
